Helen Johnson-Ray promoted to vice president at Community Bank

LEWES — Community Bank Delaware announces the promotion of Helen Johnson-Ray to vice president.

Within her position of Loan Administration Manager, Ms. Johnson-Ray creates and maintains a check and balance environment in the loan support area and is committed to the operational knowledge of loan support functions.

“Helen is known for providing the highest level of service and accuracy to both internal and external customers and will do whatever it takes to meet their needs. With over 38 years of banking knowledge and customer service experience, she is a valuable part of our team and is well deserving of her promotion to Vice President,” said President Wm. Jack Riddle.

Ms. Johnson-Ray is a graduate from Laurel High School and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware State University.

Ms. Johnson-Ray’s office is in Lewes where she manages customer relationships, loan closings, and assists the team in portfolio management.

“I enjoy developing all aspects of customer relations and continuing the Bank’s commitment in providing outstanding customer service. I look forward to many more years of working for the best Community Bank in Delaware,”, said Ms. Johnson-Ray.

Ms. Johnson-Ray is active in the community, including serving as a board member for ReTemp Development Corporation and is a member of Rehoboth Temple of Praise. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and community outreach.

Ms. Johnson-Ray resides in Laurel with her fiancé, Michael and her son Jordan and daughter Kayla.
