The Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort will host a New Year’s Eve celebration event for guests.

The family-friendly holiday experience will provide a variety of activities including a delectable holiday buffet, a DJ, family game rooms including a teen lounge, dive-in movies at the indoor pool, and more.

“As 2023 is quickly approaching, we are thrilled to announce a special New Year’s Eve event to celebrate the holiday with our guests,” said Brianna Guzman, the resort’s Regional Marketing & Communications Manager. “The celebration will include everything from a delicious holiday meal prepared by our talented culinary team to family activity rooms filled with inflatable obstacle courses and slides. We look forward to welcoming guests for an unforgettable evening the entire family will enjoy.”

The New Year’s Eve celebration will include a holiday buffet. The menu features dishes from around the globe including hickory-smoked and rosemary-crusted prime rib, a mini bahn mi, Korean tacos, steamed shumai and potstickers, and dahi vada with a tamarind chutney.

Guests can also enjoy fresh seafood selections including Chesapeake Bay oysters and chilled garlic mussels, as well as a variety of gourmet salads, charcuterie selections and side dishes. The menu will also feature special options for children including popcorn chicken, macaroni and cheese, and French bread pizza, as well as a variety of house-made desserts.  

The New Year’s Eve meal is available for overnight guests.

Following the holiday dinner, the New Year’s Eve celebration will feature a DJ playing music throughout the night paired with a live television feed showcasing the festivities from Times Square in New York City. 

Younger guests can enjoy an early countdown with an apple cider toast, as well as several family game rooms featuring gaming consoles, obstacle courses, inflatable slides, as well as dive-in movie screenings at the resort’s spacious indoor Winter Garden pool complex. The celebration will also include a champagne toast for adults at midnight.
