CAMBRIDGE – It is almost time for the Annual Members’ Show and Sale at Dorchester Center for the Arts. This yearly exhibit highlights the talents of current members and represents a variety of mediums including photography, painting, fiber art, jewelry, mixed media and more. DCA appreciates the support that membership provides and is honored to have this annual opportunity to shine the spotlight on member creativity. The show runs from June 2-24.

The entries are all original works of the exhibiting artist. “Original” means never having occurred or existed before and invented or created by the exhibitor.

No copies of art or photographs by other people are exhibited. Exhibiting artists are welcome to sell their work during the show. DCA retains a commission of 35% of the selling price of each item sold.
Awards will be presented for Best in Show, Best Depiction of Dorchester County, Most Creative and People’s Choice during the Second Saturday Artists’ Reception on June 10, 5-7 p.m. The reception is free, featuring light refreshments and live music, and the public is welcome to attend.
