Speak Up: Dover hosts ribbon cutting at Schutte dog park

The dog days of summer are gone — despite some recent warm weather — but canines are still being treated. Robin Eaton, Dover’s Parks & Recreation director, said local dignitaries, including Mayor Robin Christiansen and some members of City Council, were expected to join a ribbon cutting for the Dover Dog Park on Oct. 28.
