Speak Up: Committee begins work on Leg Hall expansion, parking garage

A committee responsible for monitoring the design and construction of Legislative Hall’s $122 million expansion has officially begun its work. Following over two years of meetings assessing the needs of Delaware’s 90-year-old state capitol, a new version of the Legislative Building Committee met Nov. 7 to discuss its duties.
