DOVER - Santa Claus came to town Saturday, twice.
In two incarnations.
He could be found greeting children along Loockerman Plaza listening to their many holiday gift requests and handing out candy canes.
However almost mysteriously, he was shortly thereafter seen atop a Dover Fire Department truck with his wife "Mrs. Claus" waving to parade watchers enjoying the city's annual Home For The Holidays parade along Loockerman Street.
And then back at Loockerman Plaza in his original form to greet more visitors to the capital of the First State.
Children of all ages didn't seem to mind and enjoyed the festive holiday cheer twice as much as a matter of fact.
Dover Mayor Robin Christiansen rode in the trademark family Jeep welcoming all home for the holidays to his city.
Ho Ho Ho.
