Rehoboth Beach police participating in prescription take-back day

REHOBOTH BEACH — Old, expired, unused or unwanted prescription medications are being collected at the Rehoboth Beach Police Department headquarters, 229 Rehoboth Ave., this Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The collection is part of the Drug Enforcement Agency’s 26th annual National Prescription Drug Take Back initiative.

Last year, RBPD collected about 97 lbs. of unwanted medications.
