Question of the Day: What’s your view on the buffer ordinance?

Here is the Question of the Day:

Last week Sussex County Council unanimously approved changes to the buffer ordinance that protects critical waterways and wetlands near development, the most significant update in more than 30 years.  The “buffer option” portion that will allow developers to deplete a buffer in one area being developed and add buffer space in a different development generated controversy, with some saying that wouldn’t be an equal exchange. What’s your view on the updated ordinance?
