Question of the Day: Marijuana: Pass it, veto it or let it ride?

Here is the Question of the Day:

House Bill 1, an act to amend the Delaware Code relating to marijuana, and House Bill 2, relating to creation of the Delaware Marijuana Control Act, were delivered to Gov. John Carney’s office last Tuesday and Friday. He now has 10 days to sign or veto each piece of legislation, or to allow it to become law without his signature. What should he do?
