The CEO of PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Dover, Ted Werner, started Dress Down Fridays to raise money for local charities. Each Friday, employees have the option to wear jeans by donating $1. At the end of each month, a charity is picked and given the money.
For March, United Way of Delaware was chosen. In addition, United Way’s directors for philanthropy and engagement, Dover City Councilman Gerald Rocha and Pastor John Moore, visited PAM and discussed the benefits of partnering for the betterment of city residents.
