Milton man named as deadly crash victim
By HARBESON - The Delaware State Police have identified the man who died in a fatal single motor vehicle crash on Saturday at Robert Coulbourne Jr., 47, of Milton.
Police said Mr. Coulbourne was driving a GMC Yukon at approximately 9:20 p.m. when it crossed through the intersection of Harbeson Road on Lewes-Georgetown Highway and left the roadway before eventually striking a utility police. The vehicle caught fire and was partially engulfed in flames, Senior Cpl. Jason Hatchell said.
Mr. Coulbourne was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Troop 7 Collision Reconstruction Unit continues to investigate this collision. Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed this collision to please contact Cpl./1 M.
