After 28 years in the General Assembly, former state Sen. Colin Bonini is embarking on a new endeavor.
On Oct. 23, the Republican announced his candidacy for Kent County’s register of wills seat — an office he hopes to raise more awareness about, given its importance for families in Delaware’s central county.
