DOVER — Two Dover men arrested after investigation into a May 13 homicide in the Walker Woods neighborhood have been extradited to Delaware from Philadelphia, authorities said Tuesday.

Damier Harmon, 18, of the first block of Harmony Lane, was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree robbery, during the commission of a felony, two firearm-by-person-prohibited related counts and second-degree conspiracy, city police said.

Bruce Manlove, 19, of the first block of Harmony Lane, was charged with first-degree robbery, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and second-degree conspiracy.

Both men — who had the same Harmony Lane address listed in court records — were arraigned through JP Court 2 in Rehoboth Beach on Monday.

They were earlier arrested by the Philadelphia Police Department on a first-degree robbery charge, city police said, and detectives obtained additional alleged evidence that brought a first-degree murder charge against Mr. Harmon.

Police said a 19-year-old Smyrna man died after a single gunshot wound during an incident just before 9 p.m. in the Walker Woods development on Harmony Lane.

It was Dover’s fourth homicide in 2015, police said at the time.

• In an unrelated case, Dover police said a 20-year-old Houston man sought after a short vehicle chase on May 27 has been apprehended.

Damir Hughes-Warren, of the 3000 block of Gun and Rod Club Road, was arraigned in JP Court 7 in Dover on a combined 40 charges and traffic violations regarding four cases.

Last week, police said Mr. Hughes-Warren was wanted after a vehicle pursuit began near Lafferty Lane and ended at the corner of Haslet Street and Plumage Court.

A dark colored vehicle was later seen straddling a sidewalk and then towed away after police said it was abandoned.

Two nearby schools were locked down while responding to the alleged incident at 2:29 p.m. that concluded in the Village at Blue Hen Apartments neighborhood off South Little Creek Road, police said.

Mr. Hughes-Warren is facing felony theft, conspiracy, disregard police signal and shoplifting charges.

Misdemeanor counts include leaving the scene of a collision, driver’s license suspended/revoked, malicious mischief motor vehicle, reckless driving, insurance card, resisting arrest, shoplifting, conspiracy, third-degree assault, and terroristic threatening.
