Speak Up: What should replace building that burned in Dover?

A structure at West Loockerman and South New streets in Dover that was gutted by fire earlier this year is set to be torn down starting this month. The process should have minimal impact on pedestrians and nearby businesses during the eight-week controlled demolition. There is no word yet on what is to replace it. What would you like to see built there?
New City Hall and name it the Robin Christiansen Building. — Ruth Hamilton
