Leadership in the House of Representatives recently continued to support the recently introduced gun-safety package during an Administration Committee. Two proposals within the package, House Bills 450 and 451, were approved by members of the committee head to the House floor for consideration. HB 450 would ban the sale of assault weapons in Delaware, while HB 451 would raise the age to purchase firearms from 18 to 21.
