Backed by assurance from the city solicitor that it would pass constitutional muster, City Council recently approved an ordinance 3-2 that will require “dignified” disposal of fetal remains following abortions in city limits.
- Insane that a city with so many real problems that require attention would choose to invest time and energy on this, knowing it will cost them money to defend. Also insane that a group of all men is voting on an issue that doesn’t directly impact them in any way but could traumatize women within the city. — Michael McKain
