“Opposition to offshore wind farm development off Delaware and Ocean City, Maryland, beaches has recently been ramping up. The idea is to argue against the farms or use lawsuits to block, delay or get all the projects restricted in some way.”
- Erosion, hmm? Did you know that a lot of deserts used to be beaches with water and stuff? Things change on Mother Earth. Erosion has been going on forever and ever, and it will continue. Now, for the real elephant in the room: Remember high school and learning about photosynthesis? It’s when plants take carbon dioxide and turn it into oxygen that we humans breathe every day. Those horrible, terrible carbon dioxide greenhouse gases you speak about are actually necessary for us to live. Maybe you need more plants on Earth to rid us of those gases and not so many electric cars and wind turbines — Jay Pratt
