Millsboro’s appetite for additional grocery options may expand with a popular chain that already has several stores in Delaware. Town Council’s Jan. 3 agenda included a preliminary site plan for Aldi, a global discount-supermarket conglomerate. Per the plan, the new store is proposed on a parcel in the Peninsula Crossing shopping center, according to Jamie Burk, assistant town manager.
