Speak Up: President Biden to speak at DSU in Dover

The White House announced Oct. 18 that President Joe Biden will be traveling to Delaware State University on Oct. 21 to deliver remarks on student debt relief. “My commitment was, if elected president, I was going to make government work to deliver for the people,” President Biden said during Oct. 17’s rollout of the application process for the student debt cancellation program. “This rollout keeps that commitment, just as I’m keeping my commitment to relieve student debt as borrowers recover from this economic crisis caused by the once-in-a-lifetime pandemic.”
