Speak Up: New laws aim to expand voting access in Delaware

In the primary election Sept. 13 and the general election Nov. 8, Delawareans will have their first chance at utilizing new voting methods.

During the 151st General Assembly, significant measures were enacted to expand balloting access in the state.
