Most of the free at-home COVID-19 tests sent by the federal government in January are likely past their listed expiration date, and the program has also ended. The Biden administration announced Sept. 2 that the program will be closing because “Congress hasn’t provided additional funding to replenish the nation’s stockpile of tests.” The Delaware Division of Public Health offers a list of COVID-19 testing locations on its website.
