Speak Up: Dover to temporarily close facilities due to COVID uptick

Dover Mayor Robin Christiansen, noting an uptick in positive COVID-19 cases among city staff and residents, issued an executive declaration Thursday, May 19, to close city of Dover facilities Friday through Monday. The Dover Public Library and the Pitts Recreation Center will be closed, as well.
