  • How many of those were let out of jail and not properly charged/punished by this same AG? — Stacy Johnson
  • AGs only enforce the laws on the books. Who’s your legislator? That’s who makes the laws to be enforced. — Rick Reed
  • The Delaware AG does not enforce all the laws on the books. — Brian Eastman
  • So when do the red flags start? I mean 38 firearms purchased in nine months. … How many were purchased at pawn stores or private sales? — Eddie Curley
  • Let’s see. … We have gun laws, and here is another example of folks not obeying the law and dealing in straw purchases. You can fill out the ATF form and pass the background check; however, those who wish to violate the laws will do so. The other concern is with the gun dealers. No law against owning more than one gun; they, however, should register with someone. Multiple sales to the same person in a short period of time. Last point, proof once again that laws work, and you can’t legislate morality! — Howard Gaines III
  • If you purchase multiple (two-plus) handguns within a five-day period, FFLs are required to submit Form 3310.4-Report of Multiple Sale or Other Disposition of Pistols and Revolvers. One copy is required to be emailed or faxed to the ATF by the end of the business day, one copy gets sent to the local chief of police, and one copy is retained with the Form 4473. — Ted Pfirrmann
  • It appears that most got a low unsecured bond? Why? — Bob Hice
  • Criminals doing criminal things. Yet more proof that we don’t need more gun laws; we need to enforce existing gun laws. — Chris Ostrom
