Delaware’s public higher-education institutions presented their cases last week for nearly $125 million in federal funding to continue their growth. Ahead of the introduction of the annual bond bill in June, Delaware Technical Community College, Delaware State University and the University of Delaware outlined their budget requests for fiscal year 2023 during the Joint Committee on Capital Improvement’s public hearing.
