Speak Up: Delaware still battling backlog of unemployment claims

Backlogging issues for unemployment claimants has been a problem from the onset of the pandemic, but according to Alejandro Bodipo-Memba, Delaware Department of Labor communications consultant, an increased number of fraudulent claims has been to blame.
