Speak Up: Delaware roadway deaths rise to 101 in 2022

Fatal crashes continue to surge on Delaware roads, with the number of deaths reaching 101 as of Sept. 7, according to the Delaware Office of Highway Safety. That number stood at 83 at the same point in 2021. The largest increases year over year were 10 more vehicle occupants and nine more pedestrians who died.
