Speak Up: Delaware cannabis advocates outraged at failed legislation

Advocates were shocked by the results of the Delaware House of Representatives’ vote against recreational cannabis legalization recently. Though the legislation received a majority approval, the tally was two votes short of the three-fifths required to pass.
