Two of the primary items on President Joe Biden’s agenda are to end the overdose epidemic and the mental health crisis. Dr. Rahul Gupta said there is clearly interplay between the two. Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, he recently led a virtual discussion for a Building a Better America event on President Biden’s priorities for Delaware families and communities.

Amended Delaware police records bill aims to create transparency for public

Revised legislation that would open serious and substantiated police-misconduct records to public view in Delaware was introduced Monday by prime sponsor Senate Majority Whip Elizabeth “Tizzy” Lockman, D-Wilmington, and Delaware Legislative Black Caucus chairwoman Rep. Kendra Johnson, D-Bear.
