Speak Up: Bill would hold Delaware’s public servants accountable for misconduct

Legislation designed to hold public servants more accountable for criminal misdeeds was the topic among lawmakers and the public during Wednesday’s Senate Judiciary Committee meeting. Senate Bill 256 remains pending, as a copy of the bill will be circulated to members of the committee. The legislation, sponsored primarily by Sen. Sarah McBride, D-Wilmington, would be known as the “Abuse of Power Prevention Act.”

Biden a ‘clear and present danger’ letter response

“In my opinion, President Joseph R. Biden Jr. is a clear and present danger to the national security of the United States of America. He claims zero responsibility for damage his policies have done to change our way of life and economy.”

  • Col. Daniels is spot-on with his assessment. A third presidential policy on energy could easily have been added to the conversation. It’s hard for me to understand why so many Delawareans — all decent and good-intended folks — are so willing to be marched off a cliff.
