Speak Up: Bill aims to protect abortion rights for all in Delaware
Delaware lawmakers continued to advocate for expanded access to abortions, as legislation that would increase the availability of reproductive health care services and protect patients receiving these services was introduced in the House of Representatives.
- And this, folks, is what should happen. SCOTUS is not necessarily saying that abortion is banned; they appear to simply be stating that the previous decision was poorly constructed. Even the beloved saint of liberal views (Ruth Bader Ginsberg) said that legalizing abortion have been done differently. This would return the abortion decision back to the states, just like capital punishment. If Congress chooses to codify abortion into federal law, then so be it. — Bob Skuse
