Bills will help meet mental health needs in Delaware

John Carney and several lawmakers gathered at Sean’s House for the signing of a variety of mental health-related bills. The signing was held in the backyard of Sean’s House, a mental health resource center on the University of Delaware campus named in honor of Sean Locke, a former member of the Blue Hens men’s basketball team who lost his battle with depression in 2018.
