Speak Up: Air Mobility Command Museum soars toward expansion in Dover

After nearly 40 years, the Air Mobility Command Museum in Dover is poised to fly to even greater heights on the wings of an expansion, including a massive hangar for five additional aircraft. However, before the first brick is laid at the site adjacent to Dover Air Force Base, retired Lt. Gen. William Welser III, president of the Air Mobility Command Museum Foundation, said several steps are necessary for fundraising and support.
