Here is the Question of the Day:
Delaware made a showing as the worst state in a report that says all its estuaries are impaired for any use. The study, recently released by Environmental Integrity Project, is based on information the state submits to the EPA, but naysayers claim the low score is because the state has a higher standard of waterway monitoring compared to other states. Do you work or play on or in Delaware waterways? What changes in water quality have you seen over the years?
