The weeks leading up to June 30, the last day of the current session of the Delaware General Assembly, tend to generate a flurry of action at Legislative Hall. Bills of interest that have recently been introduced or acted upon include new gun-safety legislation as well as a vote that upheld Gov. Carney’s veto of recreational marijuana legislation House Bill 371. Which ones are you keeping a close eye on?
