Officials recently announced Capital City 2030, a new master plan for Dover. Set to include amenities such as an amphitheater along Park Drive and a St. Jones riverwalk, it also proposes projects with outdoor eating spaces along Loockerman Street. Apartments, a transit hub and a parking garage are planned for 129 S. Governors Ave. and, across the street, a grocery store and residential units, along with another parking garage. What would you like to see added to this downtown Dover vision?
