An NCAA medical committee has proposed removing marijuana from a list of drugs banned for use by athletes. A summit last year focused on marijuana use among college athletes and said the drug is not performance-enhancing. It also suggested NCAA schools focus on education about the harms of cannabis and reducing use of the drug, rather than imposing penalties. Your thoughts?
