Kent County Levy Court has set a moratorium on utility-scale wind power generation sites through June 30, 2023. Although no wind applications have been received, a previous attempt to place a solar-generating project on central Delaware farmland ruffled the feathers of both farmers and residents. The panel plans to discuss large energy projects and will consider limiting them to designated business growth zones. Should wind and solar projects be restricted?
