Conversation continues on what to do about crime and panhandling in the vicinity of downtown Dover. A proposal will be discussed in the April 26 meeting of the City Council’s Safety Advisory and Transportation to create a Dover police substation in the area. Would this improve the downtown area? What additional suggestions do you have to increase safety in central Dover?
