Here is the Question of the Day:
The 988 mental health crisis hotline number, which recently took effect, was created after a Utah senator got a worried call from a friend about his 17-year-old suicidal son. Designed after the 911 emergency response setup, Delaware has a plan to have at least 90% of in-state 988 calls to be answered by counselors locally by mid-2023. Have you added the number to your contact list in your phone?
