Here is the Question of the Day:

Susan Simpson of Harrington spent five weeks in London last year as a contestant on “The Great American Baking Show,” working long hours alongside roaring ovens in the show’s iconic tent. She said the “Technical Challenges” were the hardest part of the whole show, and involved making an item she did not know using no recipe, just a heap of ingredients. What dish do you cook or bake using no recipe?
