Here is the Question of the Day:
Delaware’s Division of Parks and Recreation has announced changes to 2023 surf fishing permits that will require reservations for summer weekends and holidays. There will be no cap on the number of annual permits sold. Reservations for the upcoming week will be made online or through a call center at a cost of $4 and will be made available weekly on a first-come, first-served basis. How will the changes affect your fishing plans?
