I have stopped buying some paper goods, cookies, steaks, meats, canned goods and candy. I have gone back to the old ways of using dust cloths, handkerchiefs and doing without.
An 8.7% raise is not enough to cover 11 % food robbery, along with high gas and prescriptions. If I were an illegal immigrant, I wouldn’t have a problem because of free government money.
Now, a butter shortage. Why? Did the cows go on strike?
