How can a president go out there and tell union workers he is going to make sure their pensions are safe? And if not, then they don’t have to worry, as they get paid through a government fund?
All these years, everyone kept saying Social Security is going to run out, and we kept putting in it, and they spend for everything. Then, they say we don’t know how to fix it. Bullcrap! If you’re going to take care of these union people and let people get away with stealing their pensions, then you should put Social Security in the same fund to protect us. We put into Social Security, and that should be covered the same.
If we ever got cost-of-living increases, we never got enough to cover much. Our checks should be at least double to make up for the lost cost-of-living we didn’t get.
And let us not forget the millions of illegal immigrants. Where are they getting money to buy food and housing? Each week, I get less and less. How do I get into their line? Why does this administration care more about illegal immigrantss than its seniors or citizens?
Don’t you think it’s time to get an administration that cares about seniors?
