It would appear, based on the statistics that attorney general candidate Julianne Murray presents, that Delaware’s need for oppressive, unconstitutional gun-control laws must have been deemed necessary because Attorney General Kathy Jennings dismisses the majority of gun crime charges (“AG candidates spar over gun charge dismissals,” Aug. 21).
Of course, anyone who has served on jury duty should already know that. If legislators were serious, plea-bargaining charges for crimes where guns are used would be illegal.
Is Jennings another George Soros-supported prosecutor?
