Let me tell you about what I observed at a local gunship.
I was present in a local gunship when three teenagers came in and asked the owner to let them see a handgun. He asked for ID to see how old they were. They had no ID.
They wanted to handle the pistol and the owner refused because he couldn't sell to a minor, so they left the shop.
I immediately ran to the door and locked it. Guess what I heard one of these guys say? “Don't worry, we will get someone by name to buy it for us.”
This new law will not stop these people, nor will it stop criminals from getting guns illegally by other means.
