First, I would like to say thank you to the residents of the city of Dover for coming out to vote in last week’s city council election. It was a decent turnout for the only contested race of the election.
Next, I’d like to congratulate Mr. Andre Boggerty for the victory. It was a great race. I look forward to seeing what you bring to the city, and also, I look forward to working with you in the future.
I’d also like to send a congratulations to Mr. Michael Lewis for a well-run race. It was a pleasure to converse with you and your lovely wife through the day.
And lastly, to everyone who’s supported me, whether it was a Facebook or Instagram post share, a donation or a vote: I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. It meant the world to me. This wasn’t a defeat; it was a learning experience and a steppingstone. This past election will not be the last time you’ll see or hear my name. Stay tuned.
