Please vote for Eric Buckson, candidate for state senator for the 16th Senatorial seat in the Sept. 13 primary election.
His opponent, Republican Sen. Colin Bonini, has held that position for the past 28 years and has never voted for a state operating budget.
This is unacceptable because the budget provides funding for senior centers, volunteer fire companies, the Delaware State Police, the Department of Transportation, nonprofit veterans’ organizations and many more agencies and organizations assisting Delawareans.
Mr. Buckson has served admirably as a Kent County Levy Court commissioner and is known for his expertise on issues affecting his constituents and meeting with them to improve services to county residents.
As a former Levy Court commissioner, it is my honor to endorse Eric Buckson for the 16th Senatorial seat.
