I recently drove on U.S. 13 from Canterbury to Harrington around 5:30 p.m., and you could barely see the car in front of you after they exceeded more than 30 yards in front of you.
There was a ground fog in that area. However, on the opposite side of U.S. 13, going north, I counted 26 cars without their headlights on.
Don’t these folks realize that it is just as important that other drivers see you?
