It’s amazing how much money we have all of a sudden to give to Ukraine.
The president gave them something like $2 billion, and to top it off, in the new budget, there is another $13.6 billion for them.
Yet, we have nothing for seniors on Social Security and there’s even proposal for cutting more of their benefits. That’s real nice!
I think countries getting aid from the U.S. should have to pay it back. If your home is lost due to a storm, a government entity can lend you money, but you have to pay back. Doesn’t make sense. Why should we have to pay back?
Think about it, Americans and seniors. There’s no relief in sight for the current higher prices. Been going up steady now since January 2021. It seems like we don’t care about that, only Ukraine and the war.
