Killian: Make roads safer by addressing Frederica congestion

Address the tied-up, excessive traffic on Del. 1, especially between Georgetown and Dover, north and south, during weekends and in the summer between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Can we put in another road? Eliminate the tie-up at the DE Turf Sports Complex in Frederica, on Del. 1 going north, especially on weekends. Continue Old Bay Road, so drivers can go straight into Frederica without having to go on Del. 1.

Locals should try not to commute to or from Dover, Magnolia and Frederica into Milford and Lincoln because of excessive tourist traffic.
